The Beginning of the End... Maybe. (Chapter 1)

"I cant handle this anymore. Call me when you get yourself together and stop playing games with my heart..." These words played over and over in Nicki's head. Safaree had finally had enough. She didnt think he would ever leave her. Nicki got up from her bed and went over to her mirror. She looked at her reflextion and asked herself. "Did I really lose the love of my life?" "Should I tell him how I really feel?" Nicki sighed. She was hurt and disappointed in herself. She went to her closet and picked out her outfit for the day. She was in no mood to get all dressed up like she normally did. She chose a pink shirt with black writing that said, "Trust me, I'm as good as I look" and a pair of jeans that hugged her body in all the right places. She put on her pink and black addidas. Nicki put on light make up and some pink lip stick. She put on her black wig, took one final look at herself, grabbed her keys, & walked out of her house. She locked up and got in her car. She made sure to set the alarm from her phone and headed to the studio.

The Studio

Nicki was in the booth recording her sophomore album. She was working on a song called "Young Forever" She had written it about Safaree, but never told him. She didnt know if she was ready to tell him how she felt. She knew he was in love with her, but she was scared of being in a relationship with him. She valued their friendship and didnt want to jeopardize it in any way. Nicki finished up the song and decided to write some more. She sat down in her chair, played a beat, & automatically started writing. An hour later, she had written a song entitled "Marilyn Monroe". The song really spoke from her heart. She went in the booth and began recording it. While she was singing, Nicki started tearing up. The words were true and the song was filled with so much emotion. After a few hours, she decided to go home.

Nicki's House

Nicki parked her car in the driveway, turned off the ignition, & got out the car. The car automatically locked when she was more than 15 feet away from it. She unlocked her door to her house and turned the alarm off. Nicki walked into the kitchen, put her keys on the hook, & grabbed a snapple out of the fridge. She sat on the couch and kicked her shoes off. The house suddenly felt empty and cold without Safaree there. She was alone. "Will he come back?" She thought. Her phone rang breaking her out of her thoughts. She didnt want to talk to anyone, so she pushed ignore on her phone. Just when she was about to turn the entire phone off, Safaree's face popped up letting her know he was calling. She picked up the phone and answered quickly. "Hello" Nicki said. "Hey... Hey Nic" Safaree said softly. Nicki could tell he had been crying. "Faree... I miss you. I'm sorry. Just come home please." Safaree was silent for a minute. Finally he spoke. "I miss you too. Its just hard to bare these feelings I have for you. I love you Nic and I want to be with you." Nicki teared up. "Come home so we can talk" Safaree accepted and grab his keys. 10 minutes later Safaree was pulling up in the driveway of the home he and Nicki shared. He got out his car, locked it, & used his key to unlock the door. To his surprise it was already unlocked. "Nic, why do you have the door unlocked. Anything can hap..." Safaree cut his sentence short when he seen Nicki sitting on the kitchen counter naked...
